Who We Are
Boren spent over five years managing businesses for a local property developer after his stint in the automobile industry. Having taken the developer’s perspective in sourcing and managing Executive Condominiums and other luxury residential and hospitality developments both locally and overseas, Boren is well equipped in sourcing and identifying projects that have potential for capital appreciation as well as rental yield.
He has also worked closely with URA, SLA and LTA for approvals and is well versed in governmental regulations regarding usage of land and plans with regards to the future developments of Singapore.
Xinyi was previously an Economist at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and has studied extensively the macroeconomic and systemic risks to the financial and property sector.
Subsequently, she moved to the private sector where she managed business units within firms with ground up analyses of the market. Identifying market trends and providing insights on how it connects with her clients’ essential requirements is what she excels at, having dealt with clients in both the mass and luxury markets.
