Background
Since a couple of years back, Boren and Xinyi have been looking for a place they can call home. While deciding between private or public housing, new or resale, they met their fair share of agents. However, none of them really seemed interested in their goals, concerns, or financial insecurities. The agents were often times very transactional and focused on maximizing their loan and bringing them to developments that would stretch their dollar.
Property is often one of the biggest first purchases many would make in their lives. However, Boren and Xinyi felt few agents could empathize with the fear and worries relating to loan repayments and job security. Dissatisfied, they decided to do research by themselves and eventually took the real estate agent course. They managed to pass the exam and decided to make that leap of faith into the industry.
They believe in the value of actively managing one’s property portfolio, which will help one achieve his/her retirement plans. As their tagline “Comfort in Every Property Decision” states, their desire is for every client to be 100% comfortable in the property decisions they make. Property is an art as much as it is a science. It is an emotional decision as much as it is a logical decision. There may not always be an absolute right or wrong. At the core of it all, Boren and Xinyi want to understand you as a person – what your goals, dreams, concerns, and insecurities are. They want to help you achieve those dreams, but they want you to be absolutely comfortable in doing so.
STL stands for Share the Love. In their real estate service work, they want to share the love that they have for helping others. They also want their clients to find a property that they fall in love with and to build a house full of love.
